Lucy Volden (O'Donnell) has died at the age of 46.
She inspired the Beatles song "Lucy in the Sky" when Julian Lennon drew her picture in the nursery school and took it home. Lucy was suffering from Lupus (SLE).

Ο John Lennon εμπνεύστηκε το τραγούδι όταν ο γιος του Julian, ζωγράφισε την φωτογραφία της και την πήγε σπίτι. Η Lucy υπέφερε από Λεύκη.
