The little-known Vitiligo disorder affects 4 times more the African Americans rather than the white population.
It is a chronic and painful disease and there is no cure.
The white patches are around the mouth, eyes, nostrils and a person's genitalia.
TV personality Lee Thomas, has had it for years.
Both of his parents have suffered from this horrible disease, as well.
Patients with severe vitiligo, like Michael Jackson's, have to wear surgical masks, to protect themselves. 
The SLE or Lupus that also plagued Michael Jackson, was not easier to deal with.
SLE, also attacks the skin.
Sufferers have lesions, on their face and need plastic surgery in order to avoid severe disfigurement.
Ever since 1986, that Micheal was diagnosed with it, his life had been a living hell.
He had been suffering from extreme pain, which brought about bouts of depression.
Plus the fact that the SLE destroys the heart's tissues, which can be fatal.
Dr Conrad Murray was well aware of Michael's medical condition.
Instead of taking care of him, he facilitated his passage to the other side, with the deadly drip, while he himself fell asleep... allegedly...

Diprivan is the commerial name for Propofol.
