Model Liskula Cohen has won the right to sue an anonymous Blogger, over defamatory remarks, written on the blog Skanks NYC which has long been deleted by the anonymous owner.

Google has been obliged to give any information it has on the blogger including the IP address.
The anonymous Blogger, received an email from Google and was notified about the court proceedings, thus appeared in court through a representative and has ridiculously remained anonymous.
The lesson to be learned here is that free speech has limits when it concerns the personal life of people.
Stupid people will never stop doing stupid things and brand it as freedom of speech.

Η ανώτατη Δικαστής του Manhattan, Joan Madden, έγραψε μιά εξαιρετική άπόφαση που μπορείτε να διαβάσετε στο παραπάνω link.
Η Google, υποχρεώθηκε να δώσει την διεύθυνση IP του ανώνυμου blogger.
Μόλις έλαβε την κλήση, έστειλε email στον Blogger και τον ειδοποίησε για το δικαστηρίο και ο Blogger παραστάθηκε μέσω δικηγόρου στο δικαστήριο αλλά έμεινε ανώνυμος.
Ας γίνει μάθημα σε όλους, ότι η προσωπική ζωή του κάθε ανθρώπου δεν εντάσσεται στην ελευθερία του λόγου.
Οι ανόητοι άνθρωποι ποτέ δεν θα σταματήσουν να γράφουν ανοησίες και να τις παρουσιάζουν, σαν ελευθερία του λόγου.
