They were married on July 8th 1933 and have two daughters Brenda, 71, and Christine, 61 as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
They still live in their own home, Mrs Tarrant does her own cooking and cleaning while her husband takes charge of the shopping.
Mrs Tarrant is 100 years old and Mr Tarrant is 105.
