Slidders Files Class Action Lawsuit Over Bushfires

A Melbourne Law Firm, Slidders Lawyers is launching a class action lawsuit against Singapore based SP Ausnet.

Affected citizens can apply here.

SP Ausnet is responsible for maintaining most of the power lines in eastern Victoria.
There is evidence of a fallen power line in Kilmore East that most probably started the Kinglake fire.
About 100 people have been killed around the Kinglake area.
The Phoenix task force, established by the State government to investigate the fires, has removed a part of the fallen power line and a pole as evidence.
If you don't wish to use the internet form provided by the lawyers you can instead post your details to them.
You can also get updates and advice from the dedicated fellows, at the Country Fire Authority.
